PLEASE NOTE
Your hot tub will be hot and ready for use the evening following your delivery day.
The delivery day and collection days are NOT hire days.
After booking please ensure that you are receiving our emails, check your junk mail if necessary as you will receive various communications in the build up to your hire on booking, 3 days before and the day before.
A time slot for delivery or collection cannot and will not be given until the working day before as that’s when the route is planned. If you need a specific time please communicate well in advance and we will do our utmost to factor it in.
PAYMENT
The balance is due on delivery by cash or bank transfer
CHRISTMAS
For Christmas this year we will be installing on Thursday 18th December and collecting on Monday 5th January so you have 3 weekends of bubbly bliss to enjoy!
