Hot Tubs Rock
The booking delivery day you select may need to change to fit in with our delivery route so we have all bookings in the same area on the same day but you will still get the same amount of booking nights.
If you definitely need it for a specific day please let us know at time of booking.
Your hot tub will be hot and ready for use the evening following your delivery day.
The delivery day and collection days are NOT hire days.
After booking please ensure that you are receiving our emails, check your junk mail if necessary as you will receive various communications in the build up to your hire on booking, 3 days before and the day before.
A time slot for delivery or collection cannot and will not be given until the day before. If you need a specific time please communicate well in advance and we will do our utmost to factor it in.
PAYMENT
To secure your booking you will be asked to pay a non refundable booking fee of £25.
The balance is then due 2 days before the delivery day, if the balance is not cleared then your booking may be cancelled.
You can now also pay in 3 interest free payments with Paypal when you click pay full amount
